STO is not responsible for students taking or purchasing the wrong courses.

·       No refund will be issued on the On-line 4 Hour CE course purchased in error.

·       No refund given to any student taking the wrong course or class.

·       No refund will be given to any student that is disruptive and/or displays inappropriate conduct and is asked to leave.

·       If unable to attend a class, the student may contact the office to reschedule the class.  To request a refund, please contact the office within 5 days.
