Anne Cosper retired from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation where she was a Compliance Inspector working with tow companies and vehicle storage facilities throughout Texas. Anne believed inspections should be informational and helpful to the towing and storage licensees. Toward that end, she has teamed with the Southwest Tow Operators Association to provide an instructional program to assist licensees to get and remain in compliance with TDLR.
