Position Summary The RV Technician is certified and trained on how to trouble shoot RV type of events.
Key responsibilities • Responsible for analyzing performance and working with the call center and customers on difficult RV related items. • Responsible for managing performance of client assigned. • Manage to the following objectives: Reduced towing ratio, improved on site resolution, Customer Service Index, Estimated Time of Arrival, Actual Time of Arrival, Service Delays, Contracting new providers and on site mechanics, Compliance. • Assist in trouble shooting calls real time by assisting the call center agents. This includes items such as electric generators, hydraulics, lavatory issues and other RV related items. • Assist in penetrating market with new technologies.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience • Must be certified in all client required aspects. • Client relations, program management and contracting experience • Leadership skills • Relationship skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a self directed work environment • PC Skills • Analytical skills • Bi-lingual a plus
