Tow Hearing Statute

The statute has been changed to permanently resolve the conflict in law regarding where tow hearings have to be held.  Tow hearings must be held in the JURISDICTION OF WHERE THE VEHICLE IS STORED.   You must list the JP information for the precinct of the VSF location on your notices.  (See 2308.455(5) for notice requirements.). There should not be anymore issues with this law as Southwest Tow Operators has worked very hard to fix this issue once and for all!
