Here is where people can apply for membership:

Steps in Signing up with STO:

Select the type of membership below and press "Next".
Fill out the required information on you and your company and then click on "Submit Application".
You will then be sent to a payment page for payment information in which you will fill in all required info there.
You will then be prompted to "Confirm" information, in which you will then press the "Confirm" button.

You are now signed up, CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME to the STO Family!!

STO believes your participation and access to the great benefits and discounts is more important than simply being a member. If you cannot afford to pay for all of your Membership Dues all at once, please let us know and we can work out a payment schedule that will fit your finances.
